EFL broadcast rules state that ALL league matches can be live-streamed in any country outside of the UK & Ireland. The EFL class the UK as: England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Jersey
EFL Clubs have the right to live stream midweek matches on iFollow or club equivalent services, CharltonTV in our case, in the UK & Ireland.
To summarise, if you are in a country where the EFL class as being in the UK or Ireland, then you can live stream midweek league matches, but not Saturday-3pm matches.
